Position Overview:

Ekamatra is a premium design brand based out of Bangalore. Ekamatra specializes in custom workspace furniture as well as turnkey design solutions for the hospitality and residential sector.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with annual audit preparations
• Preparing cashflow and find flow statements
• Preparing A/R, A/P, Financial statements and analyzing reports for company operation
• Preparing project wise P and L reports
• Preparing financial analyses and reports
• Preparing revenue projections and forecasting expenditure
• Contributing to the development of new or amended accounting systems, programs, and procedures
• Performing other accounting duties and supporting junior staff as required or assigned

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required

· 5+ years of accounting experience

· Working knowledge of tax laws

· Strong financial analysis skills

· Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

· Ability to work with little to no supervision
