Job Summary

• To assist customers with queries related to their order status, available products, dispatch details, payment details, etc via Emails/whatsapp and deal with multiple customers at the same time.
• Managing of the Returns and Refunds Process
• Coordinating with different courier partners, to get an update on the delivery status etc
• To manage all daily tasks and duties related to the process with strict compliance to guidelines.
• Help in creating customer surveys, segmentation & getting feedback to improve our processes, products and customer experience Desired Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be Customer centric.
• Extreme dedication, sincerity and willingness to go the extra mile
• Excellent knowledge of basic computer skills.
• Previous experience in ecommerce, customer care, retail, BPO or KPO is preferred

Please Note

• We’re not a BPO, KPO. * We have only 1 shift: Morning shift (10 AM – 6 PM)
• We work Mondays to Saturdays. Sundays fixed OFF

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹8,000.00 – ₹12,000.00 per month
