Responsibilities:

  • Providing detailed information to customers.
  • Resolving customer complaints and queries.
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Offering exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Taking feedback from the customers.
  • Adhering to the company’s rules and regulations.
  • Experience in automobile industry preferred.

Requirements

  • Qualification : Graduation
  • Experience : 2-4 Years of relevant experience
  • Skills: Excellent communication skill- Malayalam, English & Hindi

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹12,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Commission pay

  • Bachelor’s (Preferred)
