Basic Function / Job Responsibilities

§ Good Knowledge of Market Research and analysis of complete electronics sector (Electronics System Design & Manufacturing)

§ Creation of Qualifications, model curriculum and question papers and its validation from industries

§ Identification of the needs of the Electronics sectors related industries.

§ Vetting, approval and alignment of the curriculum of various schemes of skill sector as per the national standards.

§ Preparation of PowerPoint presentations and collation of data in various formats.

§ Responsible for achieving targets as per Annual Business Plan (ABP) for the activities related to the Standards Deppt

§ Define, develop and refine blueprint for each and every Assessment under the ambit of SSC .

Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience

§ BE/BTech/ (Preferably in ECE or EEE) with 10 yrs. of industry experience.

§ Working knowledge of emerging technologies

§ Experience in standardizing processes, delivering on outcomes through relentless focus on standards/quality/timelines.

§ Manage internal and external stakeholders for issue resolution and reporting

§ Excellent Communication, analytical & problem-solving skills.

§ Ability to manage external partners/vendors to deliver on goals and targets

§ Understanding and experience in Skill development, Technology specific training and development, talent evaluation and assessment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹100,000.00 per month
