Job Description

Responsibilities & Qualifications

Specifically, you will

• Draft offer letters and related contracts for shortlisted candidates.
• Manage setting up new profiles for hires in several cloud based systems as required.
• Coordinate with Customers to ensure that new hires are set up to be productive from day one.
• Manage payroll, benefits and compliance for our customers.
• Collaborate closely with external payroll providers and the internal finance team to ensure smooth functioning of payroll.
• Figure out compliance requirements as we expand into more territories for our customers.
• Provide comprehensive solutions to all payroll related queries.
• Establish and improve process related to payroll processing.
• Assist with ad-hoc reports.
• Calculate VRNs, SuperAnnuation and other tax compliances.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years onboarding and payroll management experience for Australian customers.
• Previous experience working with compliance rules and regulations.
• Superb communication and customer service skills.

Skills for Success

• Substantial people management experience.
• Detailed understanding of the use of technology to support surveillance.
• Familiarity with corporate environments especially within financial services.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent, MBA beneficial
