Responsible for the ECU/VCU/FCCU/HSCU project with respect to “on time”, “on spec/quality” and “on budget”

Customer interface for software development

First contact person for project-specific points of the development, close co-ordination with counterparts, sales and customers

Responsible for Integration Management (Project Guide, Change Management, Lessons Learned), Requirement management (customer specification, project specification) and Risk Management in the SW project

Responsible for quality management (planning, tracking, system assessment, FMEA etc.)

Managing complete life of the products from acquisitions to industrialization

Preparation of Estimation, Effort and Budget Tracking, Customer Co-ordination, Scheduling, Defect Tracking, Metrics Reporting

Project communication and Project reporting to the management

Coordinate between different teams from HW and SW

Team Management. Coaching and Mentoring the fellow team members

Performance appraisal of team members

Qualifications

Experience: 8+ years

Powertrain domain competence with either MEDC17 or MDG1 generation.

B.E/B.Tech, M.E/ M.Tech in Electrical & Electronics/Automobile

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in MS project, MS office

Willing to work independently and interact with multiple stakeholders

Experience with agile development methodologies would be added advantage.
