About the internship

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Listing products that include description/specification of the product, type, price, etc. for all the items to be sold online via e-commerce platforms
2. Offering support to vendors/manufacturers by validating the information received from them
3. Maintaining the catalog by ensuring product classification, data completeness, avoiding duplication
4. Participating in the identification and correction of catalog errors and fixing them
5. Keeping the catalog up to date by uploading new collections, ensuring proper tagging & updating inventory on an ongoing basis
6. Checking & processing online orders for shipping & tracking the orders
7. Updating the relevant team to contact the customers for order confirmation, returns, etc.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 6 months experience in catalog management
2. Strong & exceptional Microsoft Excel skills & other Microsoft Office skills
3. Should carry eye for detail related to offers, products, and other inventory
4. Strong communication skills to interact with Vendors and internal customers
5. Online savvy and curious to know the journey a product takes in the marketplace
6. Ability to work independently and think ‘out of the box’
7. Must be able to manage priority and communicate with team and vendors
8. Time management skills & should be able to meet the deadlines & TAT set by the client
