Position: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Gurgaon

Experience: 2 – 3 years

Job description
1. Proficient in using Tally ERP to manage accounting, reporting, inventory, orders and all
supporting functions in the system
2. Understand the India Accounting Standards in order to manage and monitor accounting
transactions of the company and ensure the Books of Account are accurately recorded and in
compliance with Indian laws and company policies
3. Take responsibility for the day to day running of sale documentation, maintaining of the
accounting database, daily business transactions and ensure their reliability
4. Ensure the sufficiency of the legal documents related to accounting such as commercial
invoices, business contracts, custom documents, etc.
5. Ensure the timely submission of all the company tax forms, and accurate preparation of
documentation to all the company tax responsibilities
6. Manage, monitor and complete account closing monthly, quarterly and annually and
complete Financial Statements
7. Work effectively with Audit firm to ensure prompt and accurate audit
8. Coordinate with Revenue Department in Tax issues
9. Responsible for cash management and for all cash flow and Financial matters.
Qualification
1. 5-8 years of experience in accounting (experience in import & export transaction preferable).
2. Proficient with Tally and SAP and Microsoft program
3. Strong analytical skills with an attention to details.
4. Have accounting professional by the Institute of Chartered Accountants (CA) of India (ICAI).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
