Job Description
- Completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices
- Bank reconciliation every day for Hotel Deposits
- Ensure all credit card/online payments are reflected in the bank upon settlement
- File Management
- Petty Cash Management
- Inventory Analysis
- Compilation of Reports
- Statutory Compliances
- Income & Expenditure Audit
- GST reconciliation
