We are looking for a passionate, strategic, and driven **Brand Manager** to join our **Consumer Care Division – Personal Care category**, to lead the development, positioning, and growth of our personal care brands.

Key Responsibilities

**Brand Strategy & Development**

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives for assigned brands.
• Define and refine brand identity, positioning, and consumer value proposition.
• Plan and lead brand communication campaigns across ATL & BTL channels to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

**Product & Innovation Management**

• Coordinate with R&D for new product development, product innovation, and packaging enhancements.
• Manage product lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch, ensuring strong market impact and consumer acceptance.
• Explore opportunities for brand extensions and adjacent categories.

**Campaign Execution & Media Planning**

• Lead 360° campaign execution including print, digital, TV, outdoor, and on-ground activations.
• Ensure optimal media planning and buying in coordination with internal and external media teams to maximize ROI.
• Track and monitor brand investments against planned budgets.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**

• Liaise with Sales, R&D, Finance, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely and effective execution of brand plans.
• Collaborate with external partners, including creative, digital, research, and media agencies.

**Market Research & Analysis**

• Conduct and analyze consumer research, retail audits, and competitor tracking to gather insights and drive strategic decisions.
• Monitor brand health metrics and performance dashboards regularly to drive corrective actions.

**Trade & Promotion Management**

• Develop and implement trade schemes, consumer promotions, and incentive plans.
• Oversee the creation and distribution of POS materials and merchandising strategies.

**Team Leadership & Development**

• Provide strategic guidance and performance support to brand executives.
• Foster a high-performance culture through regular training, goal setting, and feedback.
• Ensure smooth implementation of Performance Management System (PMS) within the brand team.

Key Requirements

• **Education:** MBA/PGDM in Marketing from a reputed Tier 1/2 institute
• **Experience:** 7–10 years of relevant brand management experience, preferably in the personal care/FMCG sector
• Proven track record of handling brand strategy, product development, media planning, and cross-functional coordination
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile, and entrepreneurial environment
