Emerhub Hiring for Chief Financial Officer at India Full Time

RecruitGo is looking for an experienced and dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with expertise in the BPO, or EOR industry and the like. The CFO will play a critical role in the company’s financial strategy, operations, and overall growth. This position requires exceptional oral and written communication skills using the English language, as the CFO will interact with global internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Financial Strategy: Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with the business’s short-term and long-term goals.
• Financial Planning and Analysis: Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide decision-making and performance evaluation. Monitor financial KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
• Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
• Risk Management: Implement effective risk management practices and internal controls to safeguard the company’s financial assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Capital Management: Manage capital allocation and investment decisions to optimize returns and support the company’s growth objectives.
• Tax Strategy: Develop and execute tax strategies to minimize the company’s tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws.
• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial performance and strategies to the executive team, board of directors, and external investors.
• Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Mergers and Acquisitions: Evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions opportunities, perform due diligence, and lead financial integration efforts when applicable.
• Compliance and Audit: Ensure adherence to financial compliance and accounting standards. Coordinate external audits as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or a professional accounting qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial leadership role within the BPO, Consulting, EOR, and the like.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
• Proven ability to develop and execute financial strategies, driving business growth and profitability.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead a high-performing finance team.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and navigate complex financial transactions and M&A activities.
