Responsibilities of the role are
Responsible for Vendor Creation.
Responsible for Purchase Order requisition creation.
Responsible for Vendor Invoice Reconciliation and Processing.
Responsible for Oracle Part Number Creation.
Work in Emerson Project management financial / projects tools – Oracle, CVDH, others as applicable.
Ensure quality and timelines for assigned tasks.
Liaison with all stakeholders like PPCM Buyers, Front Sales Office, Project Team.
Other duties and tasks as assigned.
Ensure compliance to Emerson Record Retention Policy at all times
Ensure compliance to Emerson’s Ethics Policy at all the times
