Job Description

Highlight Top / Key Responsibilities for this position • Working hrs : 12pm to 9pm.

• Design/Creates KPI Data Visualization Reports for Operations Leadership and carry out proactive Analytics with actionable insights.
• Use various Statistical Methods & Tools like Advance Excel and Power BI to provide the various Analytics to Operations leadership team for Decision Making, Strategic Actions and Strategic Planning.
• Develop various analytics related to SIOP, Inventory, On-time Delivery & Lead-Time which will help Lugagnano Operations Organization to improve overall operations effectiveness
• Interacts with global operations/Sales teams to gather demand forecast.
• Work and deliver Data Analytics in various aspects of SIOP: Demand Forecasting, Master Scheduling, RCCP (Rough Cut Capacity Planning Internally as well as at Suppliers end, CRM Funnel Review (Demand Forecast / Future Project Pipe line) and conversion the pipe line into actual bookings, Past Due Elimination & Execution, Inventory Forecast Review & Actions.
• Work and deliver Data Analytics in various aspects of Inventory Management: Inventory Planning, PFEP Parameters setting, ABC Categorizations, Min-Max, ROP/ROQ & Safety Stock calculations, Kanban’s, Inventory Aging, E&O reduction plans, ERP Exception Management.
• Drive SIOP actions as a part of Lugagnano Team; in term of Demand Forecasting, Rough Cust Capacity Planning internally / externally, Master Scheduling, Supplier Lead Time Reductions, Make OR Buy Decision, Monitoring & Improving Sales Booking, Plant Past Dues, Plant Customer OTD’s and Inventory Forecast Review & Actions.
• Drive Inventory Management analytics and actions to improve DOH by defining PFEP parameters like Min-Max levels, Safety Stocks, ROP/ROQ, Kanban agreements, ERP Exceptions Management as per ATO/CTO/ETO Business Model.
• Prepare and Drive actions to reduce E&O and Inventory Aging in collaboration with Lugagnano Operations, Finance and Engineering.
• Create and provide Operations Analytical reports to Lugagnano leadership team by using Power BI & Advance Excel, on monthly basis to take necessary strategic actions.
• Benchmark Best In Class Analytics and Business Intelligence practices, to implement at Emerson Isolation Valve – Lugagnano Plant.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics and benchmark reports relating to operations performance.
• In addition, may develop various Analytics related to Supply Chain Cost, Cash, Quality, Speed, Capacity which will help Global Supply Chain Organization to improve overall supply chain effectiveness
• Comfortable in fulfilling ad-hoc & sudden data analytical requirements from operations & supply management and completes the assigned tasks with a sense of urgency and pro-activeness.
• Understand how operations metrics relate to each other and the overall goals of the business unit.

• Analyze, optimize and standardize operations reporting processes at each global site. Utilize SAP, MIN and other tools to assure effective processes are used. Desired Educational Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business required. MBA preferred.

• SIOP, Inventory and Material Management skill sets are mandatory
• Min 5 to 8 Years of Experience with Subject Matter Expertise and Hands On Experience in Advance Excel, Data Analytics, Power BI, Latest Analytics tools and Reporting.
• Strong English language proficiency (both spoken & written)
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP
• Proficiency in SQL or MS Access is required. Excel VBA (Excel ‘Macros’) script writing skills are desirable.

• Excellent computer skills and a technical aptitude that includes strong data gathering skills, expertise, interpretation, and reporting for the Operations organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in data analysis and management (Advance Excel, Power BI, MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access, PowerPoint, SQL).
• Self-motivated Technical Skills / Knowledge Required Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or Business required. MBA preferred.
