Full Job Description
POSITION TITLE: Sr Project Administrator

POSITION SUMMARY : This is a highly focussed position responsible to track and meet project
milestones. Need to coordianate between multiple factories to meet project
service levels.

Location : Chennai

Years of Exp : 2- 4

RESPONSIBLITIES :
Follow Tier 3 processess and proceduresHandle projects independently with support from Project Managers
‘• Review project specifications and prepare the compliance/deviation list for
each RFQ.
Need to communicate with QP&S Team and SME (Subject Matter Expertise) for
any clarification on Project spec review.
Consolidation of Spec Comments from SME & QPS, Commercial T &C’s,
Delivery LT, Doc LT, Discount Details and Finalize Manufacturing Strategy Input.
Initiate Internal & Customer Kick Off meeting to finalize the project schedule
based upon the PO acceptance
Review & Consolidation of Change Orders, Preparation of ITP, Serial Card
Checking, Monitor Progress Report.

REQUIREMENTS :
Good communication, Time management, Problem Solving skills and a team player.
Preferred to have Basic Flow control product knowledge
Preferred to have knowledge in Fisher Quote to Order Process.
Tier 3 process knowledge
Proficient in DocPro is an added advantage
