Job Description Key Responsibilities for this position Imports Tracking and tracing all inbound consignments
Follow up / correspond with overseas shippers
Follow up / correspond with Freight forwarders
Follow up / correspond with Customs Brokers
Customs clearance
Import clearance – Follow up , Query solving , checklist approval , License application with various Govt authority / agencies.
Export clearance , Export Incentive application and utilization of various licenses
Bills
Receiving the Bills scrutininsing as per rate contract .
Submission to finance and follow up for payment in case of overdue.
Maintaining daily tracker
General
Filing record maintenance as per EPM policy
Desired Educational Qualification
Any Graduate / additional qualification of Logistics management with 7 to 8 years of Logistics Experience.
Technical Skills / Knowledge Required
Good in English
Systems Savvy (Excel)
Proactive
Impulsive but systematic
Preferably worked with an importer or Forwarder
