Director BI & Analytics will lead teams of Data Scientists, BI, Transition & Blackbelt Consultants to provide
Strategic and Operational support to Empower Personal Wealth (EPW) Leadership.
·Work across all levels of management and functions representing EPW business with core focus on
Analytics, Business Intelligence & Reporting, Six Sigma, Process Migrations in driving strategic initiatives.
·Responsible for managing team members, aligning work tasks, mentoring/training, and ensuring their
deliverables are at the highest quality.
·Manage BI & Analytics programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that roadmap priorities meet Business
expectations and needs.
·Process improvement initiatives deliver results, including identification and elimination of root causes,
increases in operational efficiencies, and increased customer satisfaction.
·This leader and their teams will leverage their deep expertise with data to work backwards from customer
scenarios to develop metrics and reports that uncover key actionable insights
Graduate / Post-graduate degree in Business Management/Statistics/Economics/Finance
•15+ years of relevant experience in Operations, Project Management, Analytics & BI
•Knowledge of Sales Force CRM system including its reporting and analysis capabilities
Knowledge/Experience with SQL, Java, SAS.
•Exposure to programming languages like Python, R, SAS & BI dashboards like Tableau, Power BI
•Six Sigma Black Belt certification desirable
•Experience with data modelling techniques like Time Series, Regression, Segmentation, Clustering, Market
Mix
•At least 4 – 5 years of people management experience.
•Good knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint)
•Polished and professional verbal communication skills, experienced facilitator, and briefer.
•Must possess demonstrated project management skills including but not limited to excellent planning, time
management, decision-making, and organization skills
