Emtec seeks a Oracle Cloud – Compensation and Benefits Functional Lead for global Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations for our client.

This role will be responsible for leading the configuration and implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM modules as well as:

• Gathering, Recording & Mapping requirements, fit-gap analysis and needed documentation

• Workshop planning and execution experience

• Understand business requirement and create functional specifications

• Experience in client facing and working with multiple stake holders/Onsite teams

• Perform end to end system integration testing and functional testing

• Planning and execution of training, support and transition

• Work with teams as well as an individual contributor

• Strong written and oral communication skills

Must Have Skills:

• Overall 5 to 10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years of Fusion experience and remaining years of HCM domain experience in Oracle EBS

• At least 2-3 full-fledged Oracle Fusion HCM implementations exposure with module-leading hands on experience in Compensation (workforce US) and Benefits (US) modules

• Should have conducted client Workshops/Solution Designing and Configuration on the module

• Experience in creating workflow and security for the module

• Exposure to personalization

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in a related field such as Information Technology/Computer Science
