Enfinity Global Looking For DGM / GM – WIND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT at Delhi, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:

• This candidate shall lead development of large wind / hybrid renewable projects across the country and report to Head of Wind Development.
• Shall have worked extensively in greenfield/brownfield development of wind/hybrid projects in different parts of India particularly Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Maharashtra, and Gujarat.
• Candidate should have 10 years of experience in the Development of Renewable Energy Projects with extensive experience in complete development cycle from conception to operation including land development/ acquisition, Connectivity & Other Approvals those are required to implement any project, local community management, etc. for Wind/Hybrid Power Projects across the Country.
• Shall good knowledge of selection of sites criteria and preparation of business plans in anticipation of technology and regulatory framework; commercial understanding of technology evolution to optimise generation and cost
• Shall have expertise and knowledge in all regulatory and statutory compliances, state policies, liaison with both central and state agencies.
• Shall be team player with good soft skills, pro-active and able to extensively travel across country for development activities.
• Candidate shall understand the complete development flow of State and Central utility projects and shall be able to prepare development pre-feasibility reports with detailed milestones with ability to underwrite time and cost. Shall have the adequate knowledge on planning, costing, budgeting related to development of wind project and development activities.
• Shall have good project management skills and ability to deliver projects as per budgeted and cost.
• Shall have very good PAN India network of vendors and contractors to ensure best in class contractors and commercials are provided to assess financial feasibility.
• Shall be able to support reporting manager with planned strategies that resulted in ensuring effective resource deployment and utilization ensuring all deliverables were achieved Shall have the adequate knowledge on the wind energy development business and exploring new development opportunity in various states.
• Shall have handled various critical and challenging projects from inception to completion, overseeing all aspects of client, vendor, EPC contractors & contract management.
• Shall have the experience in coordinating and handling external law firms/lawyers, government offices, regulatory agencies.
• Shall monitor industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers, technological changes and new offerings etc.
• Shall keep updation of policies of state nodal agencies for wind/hybrid power project, tender management, and review, being all tenders to the management for further review.

Qualifications & skills:

• Graduate Engineer in any stream
• 12+ years of core renewable industry experience
• Experience in using MS Office package
• Excellent drafting and communication skills
• Strong work experience in wind
