About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager with deep experience in AI, LLMs, and agentic systems to lead our AI product initiatives. You’ll manage a small, fast-moving team and work closely with Product Managers to drive experimentation and shipping of intelligent features across our platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 3–4 junior engineers in building AI-powered features and systems.
• Design and implement multi-agent AI architectures using frameworks like LangGraph or similar.
• Build and deploy intelligent automation workflows leveraging LLMs, RAG pipelines, and tool-using agents.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to ship impactful AI-first user experiences.
• Own system design and delivery across model integration, orchestration logic, and data pipelines.
• Maintain a fast feedback loop — prototype, test, and iterate in a lean, startup-like environment.
• Champion best practices in engineering, including testing, monitoring, and code quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software development experience, including 2+ years in a technical leadership or management role.
• Proven experience working in early-stage or fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity.
• Strong hands-on experience building agentic or multi-agent systems (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGPT, or similar).
• Deep understanding of LLM orchestration, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and comfort working across the stack to integrate AI systems with APIs and tools.
• Experience collaborating with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ship high-quality software.
