Designation: Service Engineer Department: Technical Support & Service Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Reports To: Deputy Manager-Technical Support & Service Shift Time: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Experience: 0-1 Year Key Responsibilities:

• Install inverters, and associated equipment on commercial properties, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize system performance and longevity.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including wiring problems, equipment malfunctions, and system failures.
• Perform on-site repairs and replacements of faulty components or equipment to restore solar system functionality.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining system operation, and offering guidance on system optimization.
• Utilize monitoring systems to track system performance, identify issues, and proactively address them.
• Maintain accurate records of service visits, equipment specifications, and repair activities.
• Adhere to safety protocols, standards, and regulations to ensure a secure work environment and safe installations.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in solar technology and equipment to effectively service and troubleshoot systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, design, and project management, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, renewable energy, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial for interacting with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
