Enseo Hiring for Accountant at Remote Full Time

JOB SUMMARY AR: The AP Associate is responsible for processing and documenting the payment of Enseo’s invoices and collections using the NetSuite system in accordance with Enseo’s accounting procedures.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the emails for enseo, billing questions/requests for invoices, etc. for properties
• Obtain credit information and documentation for new customers
• Coordinate the accounting steps related to customer collections on past due accounts.
• Manage the AP aging
• Act as the accounting representative within the interdepartmental implementation team to determine whether additional services (including technical support services or equipment are provided to customers with past due invoices) Implement and enforce accounting department procedures with respect to the customers with past due accounts; negotiate and submit for approval payment plans for customers with past due amounts
• Identify and make recommendations to the CFO for decisions on potential termination of services/shut-offs on past due accounts

• Run credit card payments for recurring and other invoices
• Run the ACH direct Deposits for recurring invoices
• Assist with invoicing
• Assist with statement processing
• Assist with Cash application
• Assist with customer research for remittances

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• PC literacy with strong competency in all Microsoft Office Suite programs
• NetSuite experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to use independent judgment in resolving various issues
• Ability to collaborate with team members and other departments

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Education: Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred in accounting/finance

Experience: 3-5 years of experience with accounts payable

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹450,000.00 – ₹750,000.00 per year
