We are looking for ideal candidates for a chat support system of an automobile company based out of USA.

• Work timings – Night
• Work Location – Kochi

Candidates must have

• Strong communication skills – written and verbal
• Adequate typing speed

• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Ability to build rapport with the customers
• Knowledge of automotive sector (nice to have)

Responsibilities of the proposed role:

• Handle incoming tech-support chats and inquiries
• Provide accurate information to customers
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving support issues that comes up

Qualification – Any degree/diploma

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Rotational shift
