- Coordinating with the internal teams of Enzen (Finance, Legal and BU Heads) to get the relevant bid documents.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Supporting the team with various bidding tasks
- Hands-on experience on Microsoft suite and Adobe
- Provide administrative support
- Participating in Management meetings and other learning opportunities
- Fulfilling the task assigned before the deadline
- Preparing documents and updating bid records.
- Willingness to work overtime if required
- Excellent time management skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
