Epiroc Mining India Hiring for Assistant Central Planner at Udaipur, Rajasthan Full Time

Assist with the Management of MRS EPIROC India Contract with the capability to deliver a first class Service/product. Expectations are for performance at levels comparable to industry benchmark standards for maintenance contracts. Offerings: To continuously review the Contract performance to ensure that customer needs and wants are being met through services delivered and are aligned to those requirements. Asset Optimization at sites is to be driven at a high level in active collaboration with Customer. You will identify ‘waste’ practices that we are currently engaged in and look at bringing in efficiency improvements to replace them. Processes: Ensure available tools will allow us to: Enhance the service offer, increase efficiency, deliver customer satisfaction, safeguard profitability and enhance the safety & reliability of Atlas Copco’s people, products and services. Presence: Strong and consistent product offerings. Maximize customer availability, reliability and profitability with the products offered. Be close to our customers and their business needs. Business data is to become business intelligence: What, Where, When, Who + How! Products: Industry recognized support and services to enhance after market’s position Ability to deliver consistent accurate data for compilation of equipment cost models and planning tools. To be capable of responding to business needs as required. Accumulate accurate data accessible by all as reference material using BPCS and Scimitar.

Planning & Budgeting

Control the contractual maintenance KPIs targets, availability, Reliability, MTBF and MTTR

Create proper maintenance plans for all the equipment along with the spare part requirement to carry out the same.

Action plan implementation for improve the maintenance practices across the sites to ensure reliability of the machines.

Secure over 90% of availability in Critical Parts and PM Kits in Regional Warehouse to support sites.

Prepare the yearly Plan for major Components replacement, getting the approval for the same and request them Logistic based on the Lead time and supply them as per the plan, using BPCS.

Prepare the quarterly Plan for Preventive Maintenance, getting the approval for the same and request them Logistic based on the Lead time and supply them as per the plan after confirmation from the sites based on the utilization, using BPCS

Secure good control and proper report for the PM and Backlog activities

Prepare the monthly compliance report and shared it with the Team

Manage equipment maintenance plans and supply follow up with review for non-conformance to plan with reasons and actions for misalignment to be rectified.

Use BPCS and Scimitar to control the Maintenance process.

Register all maintenance information in BPCS and issue work orders for all maintenance activities.

Ensure that on daily basis DSR is loaded in BPCS as per the signed report by customer

Prepare the monthly maintenance plan to be presented to the site planner.

Close all the maintenance related Work Orders that has been executed within 7 days in BPCS

Ensure that all parts related to PM and Backlog activities are installed in the equipment and report it to the system BPCS.

Use BPCS and Scimitar as main maintenance planning tools.

Skills & Experience B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical/ Automobile Engineering Experience Required :

Minimum 3 Years of relevant experience & hand’s on experience with MS office

SAP, BPCS, Scimitar user experienced

Certified in Workplace training & assessing, Applied failure analysis

Exposure in planning shut downs and larger projects with increased resources being introduced.

Ability to resource plans, objectives, resources for final maintenance outcomes

Understanding of a parts inventory system, Min, Max guidelines, COG’s management

Knowledge of Contract Management.
