Epsilon India Hiring for Senior Account Enablement at Bangalore Full Time

As a Senior Associate, you will be working closely with the offshore team assisting them on financial processes across various clients. This includes handling estimates, POs, and vendor payments.

• Gathering, analyzing, and interpreting financial data.
• Raising estimates and purchase orders. Evaluating and optimizing financial controls and procedures.
• Managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as expenses.
• Keeping records of the monthly invoices and tax payments, as well as reviewing and processing reimbursements/invoices
• Communicating with vendors on regular basis for the invoices to be processed for payments
• Resolving account discrepancies and performing account reconciliations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a similar field.
• 5 plus years experience as a financial administrator, or in a similar role.
• Advanced level of MS Excel.
• Proficiency in accounting process and software.
• In-depth knowledge of financial controls and accounting standards.
• Extensive experience in financial reporting.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
• Willing to work in flexible hours across time zones
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Experience in preparing income statements, balance sheets, and budgets (Preferred)
• Experience in VBA would be advantageous
