Role Overview:

As a Collections Analyst with Eptura, your role is vital the business. We are looking for an experienced member to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:

• Partnering with both our Clients and Internal Departments to resolve all queries ensuring customer satisfaction and earliest possible payment.

• Maintain accurate records of all chasing activities.

• Maintain accurate cash forecasting for the region’s collections.

• Provide ad-hoc reporting as and when requested by management.

• Undertake account reconciliation as required.

• Aid with customer master data control.

• Maintain customer self-service portals when needed.

• Support in sales meetings both internally and externally

• Other ad hoc revenue duties may be asked as needed

About you :

• 3+ Years’ experience within a Credit Control Function

• B2B experience

• Must posses excellent communication skills and be comfortable interacting at all levels and with all internal and external stakeholders.

• Be a self-starter and able to work independently, creatively and conscientiously

• Are upbeat, personable, willing to contribute ideas and to work with an international team

• Precious experience with SaaS/subscription business and NetSuite/Salesforce system experience is preferable
