Equipo Health, a fast-growing healthcare IT platform, is searching for Customer Support Executives who can provide excellent customer experiences. Our ideal candidate is passionate about identifying problems, finding solutions, and improving relationships. To succeed in this role, you should have relevant experience in client support with a professional attitude and courteous manner.
Responsibilities
· Respond to customer tickets and product incidents by phone, email and online and process through to resolution, recording the status, further communications, and outcomes.
· Solve customer issues through a broad range of processes, methods, and collaboration with other members of the team ensuring customers’ satisfaction.
· Proactively provide updates to the customer on the status.
· Work closely with the Product teams to resolve software issues and defects.
· Contribute to the development of the team knowledge base and online resources.
Requirements
· Minimum two years’ professional experience in a customer service capacity, preferably in healthcare.
· Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Able to communicate technical information and data verbally and in writing for a variety of audiences
· Good interpersonal skills; ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
· Work location: Remote, until office reopens.
· Shift: Rotational (US Time)
· Working days: Monday – Saturday

Salary: ₹8,691.00 – ₹29,943.00 per month
