Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating the logistics and transportation activities to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock management
- Communicate effectively with suppliers and vendors regarding logistics requirements
- Prepare and maintain necessary documentation for shipments, including invoices and shipping labels
- Monitor and track shipments, resolving any issues that may arise during transit
- Support the Logistics Manager in implementing best practices to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations in logistics operations
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with inventory management systems or logistics software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to logistics challenges
