Job Summary :

RF Design Solution Architect performs RF network design, planning and audit services as per the customer network design requirements. RF Design Solution Architect role is applicable for RF Network Design and planning of 2G/3G/4G/5G networks.
The Solution Architect can be engaged in the whole process from pre-sales of services and networks to service delivery and acceptance.
The role is passionate about implementing RF Design and Planning services, where the Solution Architect is responsible for part of the solution and part of the service process. Hereby, the Solution Architect is responsible to keep time, performance and quality according to Ericsson requirements and Customer contract.

Responsibilities & Tasks !

Scope, define & design solution offerings; driving end-to-end technical solution. Active participation in customer RF network design and planning related discussions Analyze customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis Work with core team on list of potential activities & solutions

Develop technical presentations & proposals, & perform customer presentations

Identify add-on sales opportunities Collect and document customer requirements To function as a team leader for a group of RF Design and Planning engineers. To formulate Radio Network Design and Planning solutions meeting customer requirements. To make technical presentations and ensure all the planning tools are maintained and updated as per latest SW version To prepare various link budgets as per customer design inputs Finalize design parameters as per customer design inputs and configure it in planning tool Run various coverage and capacity planning scenarios as per customer requirement

Drive CW testing and model tuning activity

Drive RF site survey and site selection process Radio Network Design Report finalization and presentation to the customer
Core Competences !

• Ericsson RAN Portfolio Knowledge.
• Experience of 2G/3G/4G Radio Network Design and planning. 5G radio network design experience will be a plus.
• Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations

Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical, Electronics or Telecommunications Engineering or IT mandatory
• At least 12+ years on relevant experience

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

• Planning, organization and implementing skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle circle CTO customer meetings and discussions.
