We are looking for a Data Migration Engineer to support our Data Migration Solution Architects in our new deployments and provide higher level support to our existing deployments.

What you will do

• Understand customer requirements and legacy system data to map them to EWP
• Define data migration plans.
• Execute heterogeneous data migrations (ETL) to and from multiple vendors.
• Design and Develop data extract and load tools.
• Perform E2E troubleshooting.
• Support local CPM in securing timelines.
• Act as a role model and mentor.
• Build, foster and encourage creativity and innovation.
• Translate and communicate MFS strategies into local execution plans.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external partners.
• Communicate business environment understanding to the team.
• Support efficient work-life balance.
• Develop improvement programs.

You will bring

• BSc or higher equivalent education in relevant field!
• 5+ validated years of experience in similar position (data migration from multiple heterogeneous systems)
• 3+ validated years of experience in Unix/Linux, TCP/IP, Networking Protocols, HTTPS & SMPP
• 3+ validated years of experience with APIs (JSON, XML)
• 5+ validated years of experience in Shell and Python Programming
• 5+ validated years of experience in Data Modeling and Analysis Techniques
• 3+ validated years of experience in Oracle (Purging, Import/Export, Indexing, Managing Tablespaces, debugging Database issues) and PL/SQL queries
• Experience in Containerized deployments and Virtualization is a plus
• Excellent people leadership skills combined with a consistent track record leading teams
• A positive and inspiring approach in your everyday work
• Availability for intensive traveling
• Written and verbal proficiency in English
