Conducting telephonic or interviews
Shortlisting Candidates and Sending Job Description to match client’s requirement.
Taking Follow Up for Interviews.
Convincing candidates to enroll with our services.
Prepare monthly and daily report.
Assist candidates to prepare client’s Interview.
Monitoring and reviewing human capital analytics to evaluate the efficacy of new policies.
Generating analytic reports and presentations for feedback to management.
Ensuring that the operations and activities of the workforce are efficient and in the best interest of the company goals.
Assisting with the recruitment and training of new employees.
Presenting training sessions related to specific HR programs.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹12,290.00 – ₹14,392.00 per month
