Candidate must have good knowledge of GDS (Amadeus & Galileo).
To Issue, Reissue, Cancel & claim Refund of Airline Tickets on GDS & LCC.
Candidate must have ability to handle all International and Domestic Ticketing
Responsible for FIT & Groups Ticketing.
Assist with changes to travel arrangements and bookings where required.
To confirm waitlisted seats by monitoring flights.
To liaise the Airline on any special request like extra seats & other requirements.
Knowledge of Tour Packages would be an add-on advantage. Make travel, accommodation and related bookings.
Preparing Passenger Sales Report
Manage team of Members
Managing Team Performance Productivity // Quality // Shrinkage // Attrition
Review processes and come up with recommendation which can help to improve overall performance
Identify bridge process gaps
Good Communicating with customers to answer questions about tickets, pricing, or flight schedules
Collecting payment from customers for airline tickets, including cash, credit card transactions, checks, or money orders
Entering customer information into a computer system to issue tickets or update records
Explaining airport rules and procedures to passengers prior to boarding flights
Processing refunds for lost or damaged tickets or reservation errors
Explaining applicable fees and taxes for each ticket
Processing boarding passes and checking identification of passengers prior to allowing them to enter the airport termina
Talk to Vendors and get good deal
Find Deals and Updating to Client

Salary: ₹26,476.00 – ₹42,550.00 per month
