Job Description: 
Daily follow up with team for conversion of list prospects in their respective funnel list
Generating leads for prospective business
Mapping of the area, list of all major business segment with contact person phone and mail id.
Coordination for meeting, negotiation, collection etc.
SV, Invoicing, payment collections
Contribution towards the organisation’s CSR activities
Logistics Industry/ Pharma / Hospitality/ FMCG
– Annual Maintenance Contracts to Corporates
– One Time/ Quarterly Sales
National Head – Sales & Ops
Sales Executive/ BDE – B2B
*100% Completion of Sales Budget assign to him and team(if any)
*Developing business tie up with Large Institutions & Key Accounts for pest control service
*Generating leads through networking, reference, existing customer database and cold calling if required
*Pitching presentations for big accounts
*Handling Corporates like hotels / hospitals / IT&ITES/SME
*Conducting detail inspection of the site, preparing inspection report, pricing and sales invoice
* Analyze Key Account Gained / Lost
*Preparing Funnel Report
*Payment Collection and controlling bad debts
*Liaison with Service Team for service scheduling
*Relationship Management with Key Accounts
*Ensure desired productivity level of team members and following company sales process
Team Management
*Recruit, Train and Retain Team Members
*Review Team through morning Meeting / DSRs
*Conduct Field Coaching / Role Plays for team members
*Ensure Team discipline
