The role of a PGT (Post Graduate Teacher) Biology at Euro International School, Sector 84, would typically involve the following responsibilities:

1. Teaching and Instruction

• Delivering high-quality, engaging lessons in Biology to senior school students (grades 11-12), based on the school’s curriculum and the guidelines set by educational boards like CBSE or ICSE.
• Preparing lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to ensure students understand key biological concepts, theories, and practical applications.
• Conducting practical laboratory sessions to demonstrate biological experiments, reinforcing theoretical learning with hands-on experience.

2. Curriculum Planning

• Designing and developing the biology curriculum to ensure it aligns with the board’s requirements, incorporates current scientific advancements, and fosters students’ critical thinking skills.
• Regularly updating and adapting teaching strategies and materials based on student progress and changes in educational standards.

3. Assessment and Evaluation

• Creating assessments such as quizzes, tests, assignments, and projects to evaluate students’ understanding of biology concepts.
• Providing constructive feedback on students’ work, helping them improve academically.
• Maintaining records of student performance and academic progress, as well as preparing students for final board exams.

4. Classroom Management

• Managing a disciplined, respectful classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Encouraging active participation, promoting curiosity, and fostering a love for biology.
• Addressing the diverse learning needs of students by offering additional support or challenging tasks where necessary.

5. Student Engagement and Motivation
