Employment Type: Full-time:We are looking for a skilled Data Engineer / Power BI Analyst with 4-7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, business intelligence, and data visualization using Power BI. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to transform data into insightful reports and dashboards that drive business decisions.Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support business decision-making processes.
• Gather and understand business requirements from various stakeholders, translating them into actionable insights through Power BI.
• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be leveraged for strategic decisions.
• Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources into Power BI to ensure data is accurate, consistent, and timely.
• Develop and optimize DAX queries and Power Query scripts for complex data manipulations.
• Collaborate with data engineers, database administrators, and IT teams to ensure data quality and integrity across systems.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of existing Power BI solutions, making improvements as needed.
• Provide training and support to business users on Power BI tools and best practices.
• Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to continuously enhance BI capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of experience in Power BI development and data analysis.
• Proficiency in DAX and Power Query for data manipulation and complex calculations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of SQL and experience in querying databases for data extraction.
• Solid experience in data visualization principles and best practices.
• Ability to work with large and complex datasets from multiple sources.
• Experience in data modeling and building efficient data structures within Power BI.
• Familiarity with Power BI service features, including report publishing, data refresh scheduling, and security settings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Excel and other BI tools like Tableau or QlikView is a plus.

Qualifications
