About Eurofins IT Solutions India Eurofins IT Solutions India, EITSI is a fully owned subsidiary of Eurofins and functions as a Global Software Delivery Center exclusively catering to Eurofins Global IT business needs. The code we ship out of EITSI impacts the global network of Eurofins labs and services. The primary focus at EITSI is to develop the next generation LIMS (Lab Information Management system), Customer portals, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM system, Mobile Apps & other B2B platforms for various Eurofins Laboratories worldwide.

Position Title: Senior Software/Software Engineer ( Front end Developer ) REPORTING TO: Program Director REPORTING LOCATION: WORKING LOCATION: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Overall Objectives : The UX/UI Development team is responsible for development and governance of shared core web client development assets for the UXEP Program. This central team also performs technical mentoring of web developers in with the UXEP Program to ensure web development outputs across teams achieve the target level of quality. The Front-End UI developer role will perform development of shared web components based on requirements raised by the Program’s UX/UI Design team as well as maintain and support the Program’s common web development assets. SPECIFIC ASSIGNMENTS:

• Develop shared user interface components based on requirements from the UX Design teams and in line with dev team delivery timeframes.
• Support and extend the common web development project used within Eurofins.
• Perform implementation assessments and support governance of web components produced by development teams that are to be included in the common web development project.
• When necessary, evaluate and select appropriate 3rd party component frameworks to meet specific requirements.
• Mentor development teams in web development best practices.
• Participate in discussions with development team to help teams identify optimal technical solutions.
• Assist back-end developers with coding and troubleshooting.
• More generally, contribute to the governance of state-of-the-art web development in UXEP program.

EXPERIENCE:

• 3 to 7 years of professional experience developing web applications – particularly focused on UI / Front-end.
• As a frontend developer, you have to work closely with a UX Design team.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript.
• Strong development knowledge in Angular 10+ as well as the latest version.
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as Angular, React, Node.
• Advance level knowledge in CSS frameworks, such as LESS and SASS.
• Good knowledge in Bootstrap and foundation.
• Ability to build/develop responsive websites independently from scratch with native CSS3 media query and Bootstrap or Foundation, irrespective of device and OS.
• Experience on Web UI Performance optimization.
• Knowledge and experience of accessibility, usability and cross-browser issues.
• Should have knowledge on GIT
• Working with distributed teams or offshore teams is a plus
• Mentoring the team Best practices on UI Development as per W3 standards
• Lead UI team to maintain the Code Quality and handle code reviews
