Job Summary

We are looking for a Service Manager/Head with at least 5 years of experience to run an efficient and profitable service department through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achieving objectives, and maintaining all service records.

Role Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.

• Responsible for dealership handling, taking care of after sales service of vehicles.

• Govern all the IT processes, understand Dashboards, and be able to Analyze data.

• Responsible for completing service-related queries of internal inventory of Electric Vehicles.

• Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, and monitors the performance of the complete service department.

• Directs and communicates the vertical needs to the service department for diagnosis.

• Verifies with the service department that the appropriate services have been completed.

• Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.

• Monitors technicians’ daily productivity reports and corresponding payroll records.

• Establishes and maintains good working relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business.

• Ensure effective implementation of field fixes and SOP for timely resolution of complaints.

• Informs repair technicians of time allowances/TAT.

• Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.

• Keeps abreast of new equipment and tools available and recommends purchases.

• The Service Manager has overall accountability for defining the service, ensuring services meet the business need and are delivered by agreed business requirements, and managing the service lifecycle.

Role Requirements

• Experience of 5+ years within any reputed 2W organization, Automotive industry.

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering

• Hands-on experience with IT Tools to manage the processes with Salesforce.

• Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

• Excellent decision-making and IT/Analytics skills

• Strong communication and time-management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹500,000.00 – ₹1,000,000.00 per year
