As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining existing customer relationships in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new leads and prospect for new business opportunities in the assigned territory
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets
• Continuously update the CRM system with customer information, sales activities, and follow-up actions
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Participate in trade shows and events to promote company products and services
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions
• Provide regular sales reports to the management team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the B2B industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good understanding of the local market and customer needs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
