Work from home – Customer Service Advisor – Immediate Start – UK Shift
Duties:
Make inbound and outbound calls
Respond to emails, chat, and messages (meet KPIs and stay updated with emails and queries)
Deal and resolve customer service issues
Be empathetic and provide good customer service solutions
Requirements:
Must have excellent spoken and written English
Must have a neutral English accent
Must be hardworking and have attention to details
Must have a good internet connection and a quiet place to work
