Job Description:
Preferably from TEA background or FMCG.

Roles & Responsibility
Identify and explore opportunities of Tea market development and introduction of Company in New markets in India & outside India
Maximizing sales volumes and market share of Company in all categories of products exports.
Maximizing sales growth and profitability of Company’s Export business, across all categories.
Drive category-wise sales growth and penetration in Global market both (Darjeeling & CTC).
Required to appoint new importers / distributors / buyers and sales generated from new territories.
Required to understand and fulfill legal and documentation requirement for export of those new territory.
Required to co-ordinate for production arrangements with Production team as per market requirement
Logistics arrangement for exports of goods with our agents, customs and excise departments.
Directly handle and liaison with key Export accounts and sends product samples, price offers, and product details to them for our entire range. Follow up for orders and monitor sales as well as supply chain for Export business.
