Position: Senior IT Recruiter (US Recruitment)
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract We are seeking several Senior IT Recruiter (US Recruitment) for a full-time, staffing opportunity working in our Mohali or Bhopal office, and remotely for some very qualified recruiters. Top Skills You Should Possess:

• 2-5 years’ experience recruiting for IT related roles
• High Volume, Fast Pace, Hungry Recruiter mentality
• IT Recruiting experience; Java Developer, Full Stack Java Developer, BA or PM type roles
• Ability to hit the ground running in a metrics driven environment
• Ambitious and driven, someone who wants to get promoted based on his/her efforts

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Execution of full life cycle recruitment; source, screen, submit, pipeline
• Proficiently fill various types of jobs in various IT sectors
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants
• Provides support and takes initiative through the interview process, included performing the necessary screening requirements
• Manage contract employees while on assignment, and place them again when coming off assignments
• Effectively utilizes recruiting tools including social media, job boards, database searches, etc.
• Works to understand the client’s needs and reacts appropriately in environment of competing priorities

What You Need to Bring to the Table:

• 2-5 years’ experience
• Strong phone presence
• Organization and the ability to keep composure when handling many tasks
• Highly driven, calm, creative, and the ability to set realistic goals
• Interest in the staffing and IT industry
• High Volume recruiting experience, preferably in a technical staffing environment
• Proven success in placing IT professionals
• Experience in utilizing traditional and non-traditional recruiting techniques
