Job Description:
We are expanding its current contingent offering and looking for a demonstrated leader with a history of consultative delivery and sales acumen in the Government arenas.
This individual will lead the efforts to gain new contracts through developing an aggressive approach to the RFP/RFQ submissions process.
Qualified candidates have exceptional communication experience directly with Managers, Program Managers, Program Directors, CTOs, and CIOs in the government space and knowing how to navigate the RFP/RFQ submission process.
This precise individual will be tasked with identifying, negotiating and winning business within the US Government.
Primary focus will remain on identifying and develop new business inside the Government arena and work with the Director of Business Development to get a better foothold on unsaturated areas of the past/current/future business.

Strong prospecting / closing skills
Strong relationship / people skills
Strong organizational skills
Strong negotiation skills
Candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years of demonstrated Account Management / client services work experience with government clients
Working knowledge of how to read/build all types of RFP/RFQ’s and the submissions process
