We are looking for a full-time IT manager. Along with managing the IT staff, you will also be responsible for general office management.

This is a work-from-home opportunity.

The tasks you do may vary depending on the requirement however these are some of the main tasks you will do:

Hiring: build and grow existing teams in different departments. Build an efficient recruitment process

Marketing: manage the marketing team and work on content, design, growth of social media accounts;

Design: Use creativity to work with designers to build attractive and robust work

IT: Must have IT knowledge and background to be able to manage the IT staff and understand their work

Must have:

– IT background, must be proficient in one language, PHP preferred

– must be fast and efficient

– ability to build procedures and systems

– must be driven to do the best

– have clear communication

– have a leadership personality

– must be hard working and persistent

– must be good at keeping records, planning projects, keeping to deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹220,000.00 – ₹480,667.00 per year
