Job DescriptionWe are an Educational Startup – looking to hire an experienced Office Adminstrator to join our busy back office team. As an Office Adminstrator , you will be reporting to the manager and assisting with various administrative duties. This includes data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.Good Spoken English will be given preferenceKnowledge of MS Office is mandatoryTo ensure success as a back office executive, you should have extensive experience in office management, the ability to work as part of a team, and the ability to respond quickly to requests from management.Back Office Executive Responsibilities:Gathering and processing office data.Performing basic admin duties including printing, sending emails, and ordering office supplies.Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.Assisting the Front Office team.Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.Assisting and supporting management.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ₹9,259.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthBenefits:Cell phone reimbursementSupplemental Pay:Commission payOvertime payPerformance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Education:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)Malayalam (Preferred)Application Deadline: 10/02/2022
