Skills / Experience Required:

• 2-4 Years Experience within Automobile industry having sales or similar role.
• Passion towards one’s work and working with honesty and dignity
• Good convincing , persuasive skills to drive sales of the company’s product.
• Good communication skills with fluent English and Hindi
• Good PR and interpersonal skills to build a connection with customer.
• Good body language and professional appearance.
• Curiosity to learn and internal drive to stay up to date with product and other related information

Roles and Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they arrive at the our dealership, and engage them in conversation to determine buying needs.
• Provide customers with information on available products and their prices.
• Assist customers in determining the features that they need in an EV, and provide them with possible options as per their needs.
• Show customers displayed EV’s, , assist with test ride and ultimately helping make an informed buying decisions.
• Negotiate prices, by ensuring that the parameters of limitations set by the company are adhered to.
• Ascertain that all documents related to cars and their sales are complete and accurate, and handed over to the customers at the close of each sale.
