Job Description

• Chief of Staff is to support executives in their roles to ensure that the company’s goals and objectives are met.
• Handle day-to-day responsibilities and attend meetings on behalf of the executives, take notes for them and assist with leading strategic planning Overseeing the implementation of strategic initiatives, from development through execution, under the supervision of senior leadership.
• Serving as the liaison between employees, executives and CEO regarding employee well-being, company climate and the success of programs and proposals.
• Providing department leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork.
• Improving the organizational structure by addressing knowledge and skill gaps.
• Reviewing, designing, and implementing improvements to organizational procedures and structure to increase efficiency.
• Develop and build relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and responsiveness of existing operations and help define new operational strategies by working with CEO and other executives on special projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field
• Experience in data analysis and budget management
• Consulting experience, with a focus on operations management
• Proven success in a project coordination role
• Nimble business mind, focused on developing creative solutions.
• Strong project-reporting skills, with focus on interdepartmental communications.
