Tech Lead – Mulesoft

Experience: 10+ Years, at least 3+ years in Tech Lead Role
Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with enterprise architects and IT program managers to enhance existing business applications and facilitate solutions to meet business requirements
• Good understanding of integration design patterns & best practices
• Assist in architecting technical solutions for enterprise systems using the MuleSoft product suite.
• Assist on technical POC’s to prove out technology and ultimately leading into selection
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members, Onshore and Offshore
• Build High Level Design and Low-Level Design Documents to meet client requirements, standards, and best practices
• Knowledge of Web Services Interoperability, WS-* standards and ability to suggest, criticize and formulate solutions in a multi-vendor and architecture committee meetings.
• In depth experience using Agile, Scrum and iterative development practices

Required Skill/Experience:

• Experience in building API led Architecture using Mulesoft
• Experience in architecting multi-tier applications using the MuleSoft
• Good understanding of Architecture principles and ability to simplify complex technical problems
• Experience in creating technical specification documents and recommend high quality solutions for the MuleSoft product suite.
• Experience in Cloud/On-premise Integration using MuleSoft product suite
• Hands on experience on Jenkins, Bitbucket, Maven tools
• Experience in Messaging (Anypoint MQ, JMS, IBM MQ ), SOAP, REST and authentication methods such as OAuth
• Experience on MuleSoft CloudHub, Anypoint Platforms
• Experience in designing high availability environments, failover/recovery, and load balancing strategies for multi-site implementations
• Familiarity with security protocols
• Good knowledge of API life cycle & Methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Must have experience in MuleSoft platfom components like VPC, VPN and dedicated load balancer set up

Good-to-Have:

• Experience in other integration platform e.g., TIBCO, Oracle SOA etc
• JEE technologies, Spring/Spring Boot Frameworks would be a plus

Qualifications:

• BE / B.Tech or equivalent qualification
• Mule Integration or Platform certification added advantage.
