We are looking for Incident Manager 5 to 9 years of Experience for our esteemed client for Bangalore locationNote: This is an urgent requirement. Please apply if you can join within 30 Days The Ideal Candidate should have the followingMandatory Experience5 to 9 years minimum work experience in UFT selenium and scripting languageKnowledge and Skills
Understanding of programming languages, Good functional testing skills, Expertise in creation of test scripts Possess good knowledge on Automated testing tools Roles And Responsibilities
Develop product knowledge to understand the products key requirements and features, and to keep abreast of the latest development of the productsAnalyse products requirements solicited from prospects/customers of the company via TPOs, as well as improvements and enhancements from internal review of the company’s productsStudy and construct use cases and workflow related to product/feature requirementsDesign and document test procedures, plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts, based on the products’ requirements and technical specificationsOwn, execute and manage the testing activities of product releases throughout the product development lifecycle, covering functional tests, scenario tests, and end-to-end tests on the productsAssign testing activities to fellow software testers and coordinate/track their testing progress and testing results (junior QA resources)Ensure testing of each product release meets the products’ requirements, completes on time, and adheres to the test plans and QA standards defined by the companyDetect software bugs, issues, and failures, and maintain the defects in the Bug Reporting and Tracking System for follow-up fixes, retestTrack outstanding defects and liaise with respective owners to fix them for retestConduct periodic review and generate historic analysis of the test results to highlight repeating or systemic defects for follow-upTake on active role in defining, developing, and implementing the automated testing platformQualificationsB. Tech/B. E/MCA and BCA
