We are looking for Stress Engineer-Fatigue or F&DT with 5-10 years of Experience for our esteemed client for the Bangalore location.

Key Skills: Dossier, justification report, verification report, ISAMI, Fuselage preferable, analysis & Hand calculations,

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Hands-on experience with analysis & Hand calculations involving structural components
• Perform Fatigue and Damage Tolerance Analysis with identification and presentation of all fatigue relevant and representative locations
• Experience in extracting the loads pertaining to the Components & sub assembly to carry out detailed stress check and to validate the design
• Proficient in calculating load exceedances, low life mitigation and repairability analysis
• Identify the different modes of failure, critical load case for all the possible modes of failure
• Preparation of the Dossier, justification report, verification report
• Experience in carrying out analysis using ISAMI will be an added advantage
• Knowledge of finite element (FE) analysis using the available commercial software like Nastran, Patran is an added advantage.

Requirements:

• Engineer with Aerostructure experience – Fuselage preferable
• Experience in Hand calculations
• Preparation of the Dossier, justification report, verification report
• Experience in carrying out analysis using ISAMI will be an added advantage
• Proficient in calculating load exceedances, low life mitigation and repairability analysis
• Identify the different modes of failure, critical load case for all the possible modes of failure

Salary: ₹1,100,000.00 – ₹1,500,000.00 per year
