1.1 User Support

• Effective and timely response/ action to User Queries and Problems and Requests
• Quick and Appropriate Escalation of unresolved issues
• Educate users to make them more independent and reduce calls to HelpDesk
• Maintenance of Log of user calls

1.2 Business Requirement & Control Mapping on SAP

• Proper understanding and evaluation of the request
• Suggest Best Practices available on SAP
• Prepare To-Be document and obtain necessary approval
• Configure as necessary on SAP
• Integration with C4C and S4H
• Integration with C4C , MDG & Concur (within SAP products / non-SAP )
• Documentation on new/ revised process & release to End Users

1.3 Training (Internal / External )

• Prepare Training Manual for End Users
• Offer Training on Related Module
• Receive Training on Other Module

1.4 Implementation of new functionalities already available in the present version

Desired Candidate Profile

Total SAP Experience: At least 8 years +

Domain knowledge in Sales & Marketing: 4-5 years +

SAP Module (Expert) : C4C ( Sales & Service) (Certification preferred )

SAP Modules ( Overview ) : SD , Warranty Management System
